Purchasing one of my products grants you a personal license to use it under the terms below. Ownership of the original asset and its files remains with the creator.

Before Purchasing

Please make sure you have a basic understanding of Blender and Unity before purchasing my assets. Product listings explain what is included, so please read the full description and compatibility information carefully.

Unless clearly mentioned on the product page, products do not include a ready-made Unity package or complete avatar setup.

Product Support

I’m happy to help when there is a genuine problem with the product, including:

• Corrupted or unusable files
• Files or content advertised in the listing that are missing
• Product errors that prevent the asset from working as described

I cannot provide general Blender or Unity assistance. This includes importing or attaching assets, editing materials, configuring shaders, avatar setup, rigging, optimization, or troubleshooting unrelated software issues.

Requests for additional colors, features, variations, formats, or compatibility that were not advertised are not considered product errors.

Allowed Uses

You may use the asset:

• On private or public avatars
• On free, Nitro-exclusive, or commercial avatar releases
• In commissioned avatar projects, subject to the commission rules below
• For VTubing, streaming, videos, and other online content
• In VRChat and other social-VR platforms
• In modified form, provided the edited version continues to follow these terms

If the asset appears in VTubing or streaming content, please credit me in a visible location.

Commissioned Work

When an asset is used for a commission, both the avatar creator and the client receiving the finished avatar must purchase their own copy.

A purchase does not give you permission to share the source files with clients, collaborators, friends, or other users who have not purchased the product.

Not Allowed

You may not:

• Extract the asset from another avatar, model, package, or project instead of purchasing it
• Redistribute, resell, trade, share, leak, or give away the original files
• Sell or distribute the original asset by itself
• Claim the original asset or design as your own creation
• Convert the asset for use in unrelated games, applications, or marketplaces without my written permission
• Use the asset in unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative content
• Use the asset in content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors
• Use the asset in a way that falsely suggests that I created, sponsored, or endorsed your project

Content promoting racism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment, or other forms of discrimination is not permitted.

Any violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban from my store, including future purchases and access to future releases or support. Copyright infringement or unauthorized redistribution may also result in a takedown request or further appropriate action. 

Porting to Other Games and Platforms

Porting this asset to another game or platform is permitted only after purchasing the asset’s Commercial License.

A personal-use license does not include permission to port or convert the asset.

The Commercial License allows you to:

• Convert and modify the asset as needed for compatibility
• Use/Monetize the converted asset in other games or platforms
• Include it as part of a completed personal or commercial character or project

The Commercial License does not allow you to:

• Redistribute, resell, share, or upload the original asset files
• Claim ownership of the original asset or design

Anyone who requires access to the asset’s source or converted files must purchase their own Commercial License.

This includes porters, commissioners, clients, collaborators, and development team members.

You are responsible for following the rules and Terms of Service of the destination game or platform.

Support is not provided for porting, conversion, or compatibility issues outside the product’s originally advertised use.

Purchasing a Commercial License grants permission to use the asset under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or provide exclusive rights.
